One of our newest and most popular products that Maryland Deckworks has introduced is a three/four track vinyl window system with screens. These windows give you the warmth needed in the colder months and the airiness of just screening in the spring and summer at a cost much lower than traditional windows.

Special attention is given to roof lines. Gable a-frame roofs , shed roofs , or hip roofs can all be included in the design process depending on the placement of your new screened /sunroom. We will give all options possible to your specific house since existing windows in your home will be a key factor to what kind of roof line you can use, how high the roofline can be and where it can be built.

Options on the exterior and interior are also practically endless. The exterior of your new room can be constructed to match the existing house using maintenance free materials or traditional wood products.

The interior can be finished with exposed rafters in the ceiling or covered with a material of choice. Options such as recessed lighting, fans, outlets and skylights are all available and can be included in your plans per your specific wants and needs.
